Attorney General Steve Marshall, State Appropriators, and State Personnel Department Issue Advisory on Employer Obligations Regarding Medical and Religious Exemptions to Vaccination
(MONTGOMERY) – Attorney General Steve Marshall has joined with state appropriators and the State Personnel Department to advise Alabama employers about employee medical and religious exemptions for vaccinations.
Additionally, the Attorney General’s Office continues to prepare its lawsuit to challenge the federal government’s federal-contractor vaccination mandate and will seek an immediate injunction.
