(Washington, D.C.) – Today, Attorney General Steve Marshall joined President Donald Trump for the signing of Executive Order: Keep Men Out of Women’s Sports.

“Since returning to the White House, President Trump has wasted no time tackling the issues that matter most to the American people. With a single stroke of his pen, he has reversed years of radical and damaging policies,” the Attorney General declared. “Americans should not have to worry about their daughters losing out on critical opportunities—whether spots on sports teams, scholarships, or the countless other advantages sports provide. It is simple common sense: Biological males don’t belong on sports fields or in locker rooms with girls. I am proud to have stood beside President Trump as he signed this urgently needed executive order.”

Attorney General Marshall for years has helped lead the fight in court against radical gender theory. He succeeded in halting the Biden administration’s expansion of Title IX regulations, which would have allowed biological males in female-only spaces such as locker rooms and bathrooms. He has also led numerous multi-state coalitions in filing amicus briefs supporting state laws that reserve spots on girls’ sports teams for females, including several briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court.
