AG STRANGE COMMENTS ABOUT INDIAN GAMING RULES

The National Indian Gaming Commission is conducting a comprehensive
review of its standards and regulations that determine how “electronic bingo” is
played on Native American Indian tribal lands. The public was given an
opportunity to provide input to the Commission. Attorney General Strange
provided the attached written statement to the Commission on behalf of the State
of Alabama because any changes made to the rules that regulate Native
American Indian tribal gaming could have a definite impact on Alabama and its
citizens. The public comment period ended Friday, February 12, 2011.
